MALLORCA
LIVING

Mallorca is a beautiful place where you can easily make yourself at home. Locals are very used to tourists and expats and many people speak languages.

Good weather is almost guaranteed with blue skies all year round, It is no surprise that Palma is a city of the outdoors, for people who enjoy walking, cycling, running and skating.

Because of the good weather and easy access to Nature, you will soon find yourself wanting to go for an active and healthy lifestyle. And with the stunning beaches all over the island, loving mountain treks and all that the Mediterranean landscape has to offer, you are spoiled for choice.

Palma is a thriving hub for charming coffee shops, concerts, gyms, wellness activities and walks along the sea.  In addition, you can enjoy here great gastronomy and gourmet food markets such as Mercat Santa Catalina or Mercat San Juan.

Walk along the pretty streets of the Old Town: its twisted streets and architecture will instantly take you centuries back and you can enjoy the many little tapas bars where locals go to.

Nightlife:

Staying in El Terreno, you are only between 5-15 mins walk away from the main party-scene hot spots in the City: Santa Catalina, La Lonja, Paseo Marítimo and certain parts of the Old Town.

One of the most famous discos in Palma , Pachá, is only 5 mins away from El Terreno.

La Ruta Martiana on a Tuesday evening sees bars like Lemon Tree, Moltabarra and L’Ambigúi offer a special deal of pintxo (tapas) and beer for a couple of euros. Tradition involves hopping from one bar to the next and then continuing the evening at Maraca Club.
